Return Eligibility
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.
- Show no signs of misuse, wear, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Opened or used beauty devices.
- Opened dietary supplements.
- Products with broken security seals.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless required by applicable law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
This includes:
- Return shipping fees.
- Customs charges.
- Import duties.
- Taxes.
- Insurance (if purchased).
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned item:
- Is not in its original condition.
- Is missing parts or accessories.
- Has been damaged after delivery.
- Shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process, where applicable.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the package, or provides an incorrect shipping address resulting in the parcel being returned to us, we may deduct from any refund:
- Original shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs.
- Customs charges.
- Handling fees.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided once the carrier has completed its investigation.
Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our customer support, we reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation, including order details, delivery confirmation, tracking information, and correspondence, to the payment provider.
Warranty Claims
Where applicable, warranty claims are handled separately under our Warranty Policy.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper use are not covered.
